A dense, even cloth, woven strip by strip. The garnet and sand stripes are punctuated by indigo lines and a raised twisted thread that gives character to the touch.
Two 94.5 cm panels are joined by hand and finished with knotted fringes in the colours of the weave. A unique piece of 54.5 x 189 cm: kanvô is loom-woven, and no two pieces are exactly alike.
