Thematic
Pole in charge of a specific area of the fair (quality, logistics, finance, hospitality…), with its own tasks and team.
Cross-cutting
Pole serving all the other poles and the whole event: it has no area of its own but supports everything (communication, marketing, technical and digital).
Sub-pole
Pole attached to another one, bringing its theme into every pole (for example gender and entrepreneurship).
Cross-departmental unit
Coordination team across several departments; the departments involved are listed in the box.
