A request about your data

You are acting for another person: we must check that you are entitled to. Attach the written authorisation signed by that person (or, for a parent or guardian, the official document: birth certificate, guardianship order) and their identity document. Mask the photo and the document number (and the BSN on a Dutch document): we do not need them. These files are erased 30 days after our answer.

Without an order or account: why do you think we hold data about you? *

For example: an e-mail from us, a message sent through the contact form, a meeting with a regional representative, a ticket bought by someone else. Without an order or account you cannot declare that you are the person concerned: we check your explanation and may ask you for more information before we answer.
